WCTC offers motorcycle classes for riders of all skills levels, from beginner basics to advanced skills. Taking a motorcycle course at WCTC can help lower your insurance premiums and exempt you from taking the Wisconsin Motorcycle In-Traffic (MIT) skills test to get your motorcycle license.
Classes are offered May through September and include hands-on training on WCTC's Vehicle Training Track located at our main Pewaukee campus.
Designed for novice motorcycle riders, this course focuses on motorcycle controls and basic skills in riding and maneuvering.

Registration Steps
Motorcycles are provided in the Basic RiderCourse. Students ride their own motorcycles in Basic RiderCourse 2 and Ultimate Bike-Bonding RiderCourse.

Designed for novice motorcycle riders, this course teaches you the skills you'll need to operate a motorcycle safely. Focus on motorcycle controls, basic riding skills and maneuvering, and basic street riding. Upon successfully completing this course, you'll receive a waiver exemtping you from taking the Wisconsin Department of Transporatation skills test to obtain your motorcycle license.
BRC Spring 2025 Schedule
Motorcycles are provided for students in this course. Classroom time: 6 hours On-cycle instruction: 10 hours
