Payment and Cost Information

Payment Options

  • Online: MasterCard, Discover, VISA, American Express or electronic transfer from checking or savings account through myWCTC (log in and select "Pay My Bill")
  • In-person: Cash, check or money order; self-service online credit card payment available on all campus computers
  • By mail: Mail check payments to:

Payment Due Dates

  • Fall semester: August 15
  • Spring semester: January 15
  • Summer semester: May 15
  • For registrations on or after the tuition due date, payment is due within two weeks of registration.
  • Balance is deferred for students using awarded financial aid funds to pay their bill.

Payment Plans

Payment plans allow you to break down your balance into smaller payments throughout the semester. Payment due dates vary by plan and may be set up to withdraw automatically from your checking/savings account or credit card.

  • Plans are available for current semester fees only.
  • A $30 enrollment fee applies for each semester you enroll.
  • To maximize your number of payments, enroll before the semester begins.
  • All plan options require your current semester balance to be paid in full before the next semester begins.

Plan Examples:

  • Pay half of your balance up front and the remaining balance mid-semester
  • Pay once a month with a payment due date of either mid-month or end of month
  • Pay every other week
