Dual Enrollment Academy | 23-credit Program

Building Construction Trades is one of the most enduring and rewarding careers. Whether you construct wood-framed residences, heavy construction commercial projects, industrial projects, or infrastructure projects, your legacy will stand for generations.

In the Building Construction Trades program, skilled journey-level trade workers will instruct construction safety, hand and power tool usage, wood framing, wiring basics, plumbing theory, and the latest software used in building construction. This program can lead students to a variety of career paths within the construction trades, including apprenticeship options.

About Dual Enrollment Academy

WCTC's Dual Enrollment Academy (DEA) is designed to give high school students a jump start in high-demand occupations, awarding participants with a WCTC credential upon successful completion along with earning high school credits.

DEA - Building Construction Trades Courses

Upon completing this program, you'll earn the OSHA 10-Hour for Construction Certificate and Youth Apprenticeship Certificate - Architecture and Construction.
