Our Board helps us meet the needs of our students, employees, local employers and the entire WCTC community.
The WCTC District Board meets the second Tuesday of every month, except July, when it meets on the second Monday.

Meet our Leaders
The current WCTC Board is composed of nine members, all of whom are district residents. They include:
Board members are selected by an Appointment Committee consisting of the chair of each of the four counties in the district. Board members serve three-year terms. They receive no compensation for their services but are reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses in the performance of their duties.
Courtney R. Bauer, Board Vice Chairperson Bauer is a Special Agent in Charge with the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Division of Criminal Investigation. She lives in the Town of Hartland and was appointed to the Board in July 2016.
Brian K. Baumgartner, Board Chairperson Baumgartner is the Business Representative Glaziers Local 1204/941 of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades District Council 7 (IUPAT DC7), lives in the Town of Lisbon, and was appointed to the Board in September 2018.
Michael Cady Cady is the superintendent of the Pewaukee School District. He lives in Pewaukee and was appointed to the Board in July 2024.
Ryan J. Clark, Board Secretary/Treasurer Clark is the director of Manufacturing Operations at Bruno Independent Living Aids. He lives in the City of Oconomowoc and was appointed to the Board in July 2021.
Rob Ewing Ewing is the President of Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Company in New Berlin, Wisconsin. He lives in the town of Merton and was appointed to the Board in July 2024.
Thomas A. Michalski Michalski worked in IT at Marquette University for 30 years and served as a Waukesha County Supervisor from 2016-2023. He has been a Village of Elm Grove Trustee since 2011, has served with the Elm Grove Fire Department since 2006, and was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2023. He lives in Elm Grove and was appointed to the Board in July 2020.
Stephanie A. Reisner Reisner is the President and CEO of GPS Education Partners. She lives in the City of Waukesha and was appointed to the Board in January 2022.
Jamie J. Stahulak Stahulak is the Principal Officer, Vice President of HDR Engineering, Inc. He lives in Pewaukee and was appointed to the Board in July 2023.
James C. Zaiser Zaiser is the president and CEO of Hydro-Thermal Corporation. He lives in Elm Grove and was appointed to the Board in November 2022.
