(Monday, April 7, 2025) – Five Wisconsin startups are in the final stages of a seven-week gBETA accelerator program at Waukesha County Technical College's Applied AI Lab, and participants will present their progress at a showcase event Wednesday, April 9, from 5 – 7 p.m., at WCTC.

Venture capital firm gener8tor runs the gBETA program, which assists early-stage companies in preparing for growth and potential investment through mentorship and access to a network of investors.

The five startups include:

  • Gesund Health Data: A platform designed to simplify complex health data for improved patient care.
  • Shepherd Traffic: A system that analyzes traffic videos to enhance transportation infrastructure planning and maintenance.
  • Zentrix.ai: An AI-powered platform delivering real-time trading signals to users.
  • LyraVet: A smart veterinary practice management software solution.
  • FreightIQ: A system automating shipment creation and optimizing scheduling for freight brokers.

This gBETA program marks the second accelerator offered by gener8tor at WCTC's Applied AI Lab; a gALPHA accelerator was held in fall. The current cohort, selected from a pool of applicants, focuses on helping companies achieve rapid growth and explore venture capital opportunities.

Event details are as follows:

•    Time: 5-7 p.m.
