The WCTC Speech Lab is a resource for students preparing presentations.
More and more employers are demanding that graduates be able to express themselves clearly, accurately and confidently in a variety of settings. Developing public speaking skills is indispensable for career success and job advancement.

The Speech Lab provides assistance in preparing classroom presentations and in mastering verbal skills needed to give you a competitive edge in the workplace.

Lab Resources
- Software to help research, develop and organize speeches
- Software to design effective visual aids that enhance presentations
- Reference materials for quick access to topic ideas, memorable quotes and interesting facts
- Videotaping room to practice, tape and view speeches in complete privacy
- One-on-one instruction from Communications Skills faculty
