Course Wait Lists
Multiple wait lists
- Students, who are wait listed in multiple sections of the same course, may be removed from one or more wait lists.
- Students who are registered in a section, and wait listed in other sections of the same course, will be removed from all wait lists.
Prior to one week before the start of class
Openings that occur in classes, up until one week prior to the start of class, are filled according to their registration sequence. Students are registered into the class, and a new schedule is mailed. It is the student's responsibility to contact Registration at 262.691.5578 if they wish to withdraw.
Less than one week prior to the start of class
Opening that occur in classes, with less than one week until the class starts, are filled by the department. Students are contacted via phone or WCTC email. WCTC reserves the right to rescind wait list order within one week prior to the start of class. A new schedule/bill is mailed, however it may be delivered after the start of the class.
