Frequently Asked Registration Questions

What’s the best way to register?

There is a very high demand for the nursing assistant class; seats fill quickly as soon as the web opens at 7:00 am. Here are some helpful tips to get ready:

  • If you haven’t taken a class at WCTC, or if it’s been several years, sign up for an account. Complete this at least one week prior to registration.
  • The WCTC database is synchronized with the international atomic clock. Make sure that you have the correct time. The web opens at 7:00am CST.
  • Log on to your account and check your registration status. Make sure that there are no holds on your account.
  • Waitlist for the class, if a waitlist seat is open. All waitlist rules apply. Background checks are completed on all registered (and waitlisted) students prior to the start of the class.
  • Use the class search to find information on class dates and times. Enter the course number (543-300) for the fastest search. Note the course reference numbers (CRN). These are the numbers that you need for registration.
