807-629 Qi Gong for Energy & Healing
All physical abilities and experience welcome. Create a body without pain. Sometimes called "the new yoga" it means energy cultivation (through steady practice). Unlike yoga, the flow of Qi Gong can be learned very quickly. Qi Gong's rhythmic exercises mimic the gentle movements from nature, especially the fluidity of water. It is strongly recommended that students come for both classes (Qi Gong for Energy and Healing and Qi Gong - The Next Step) to increase the health benefits, flow of energy and enjoyment.
