807-624G Tai Chi Levels II/III Enriched

Tai Chi Fundamentals© uses Qi Gong exercises and develops them into a modified 5 minute Yang style form. By using the breath and core movements, it can enhance the immune system, strength and energy while relaxing stress and pain. This moving meditation brings the body, mind and spirit into balance. This enriched course adds more time for practicing the second and third sections of the brief routine referred to as ?the form? and added periods of quiet guided meditation. It is highly recommended that students have taken a 12-week course in Tai Chi Fundamentals? and know the first section of the TCF? ?form? without assistance. Wear flat-soled and layered clothing for personal comfort. Students with Tai Chi Fundamentals? experience may enjoy taking the fundamentals course again followed by this new enriched course at a new modified pace.
