804-199A Special Topics in Mathematics
Special Topics in Math is a one-credit, individualized course. Students must report to the Math Center (B110A) during the first week of the semester to complete paperwork, set up an attendance schedule, and begin the course. The required coursework will be assigned based on the student's previous math classes. Students will complete quizzes and tests for 3-4 chapters of Introductory Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, or Applied Trigonometry. In addition to the coursework requirement, students will need to attend the Math Lab for 36 hours. Both the coursework requirement and the attendance requirement must be completed in order to earn the credit.
