Incorporate the many health benefits of fish into your diet! Recipes in this hands-on cooking class will focus on everyday preparation of fish that is quick and tasty. Learn how to access quality and freshness, as well as poach, grill and pan sear fish that is high in omega-3 fatty acids, low in contaminants and environmentally friendly.
