According to The American Cancer Society, more than a million people will undergo cancer treatment this year. Maintaining comfort and well-being during this time is important. Cancer and its treatment can affect appetite and how the body tolerates certain foods and uses nutrients. Through this hands-on cooking class -- designed for patients, caregivers and survivors -- learn simple and tasteful recipes and guidelines for how to create appealing recipes that will help with nutrition before, during and after treatment, and discover those foods' impact on energy levels.
