303-600I Healthy Mediterranean Entrees
Mediterranean meals emphasize fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, legumes, olive oil and flavorful herbs and spices. Eating fish and seafood often and enjoying poultry, eggs, cheese and yogurt in moderation round out the Mediterranean diet. This course includes discussion on the health benefits of Mediterranean cooking and hands-on cooking experiences. Instructor: Joy Lenz, Registered Dietitian
