Summer 2014 Semester Courses
203-603 Digital Photography Basics
This course will be useful for the individual who has recently acquired or considering the purchase of a digital camera. Students will be introduced to the common features and camera settings found on many of the digital cameras currently available. In addition to the above, students will learn how pictures are transferred from a camera to a computer system for storage or printing. Demonstrations will also be conducted using photo editing software so participants can learn what type of software is available for cropping images and/or removing "redeye" from digital photographs. Effective summer 2014, this class may be taken three times.
There is no prerequisite for this course.
