Learn about your computer hardware and how you can upgrade and perform basic maintenance and repair of that hardware. Basic computer principles and a brief description of computer circuitry will be covered along with basic troubleshooting, symptom and cause, and repair techniques. Other topics will include upgrading your computer, when is it appropriate, and when should you buy a new system. "Hands-on" lab will cover installing different hardware; hard drives, video cards, and adding memory.
