9-credit Technical Certificate

IT project managers help to streamline an organization’s information technology goals. They are tech-savvy managers who help keep technology projects running on track and within budget. Learn to control and schedule tasks and activities, divide projects into phases and satisfy project constraints of time, cost and quality. Develop an understanding of Gantt charts, critical path analysis and network diagrams. In addition, gain knowledge of Microsoft Project software and prepare for industry-recognized certifications such as PMI and CompTIA.

Credit Transfer Opportunities

WCTC has agreements with local high schools and various four-year colleges and universities that enable students to transition more seamlessly from high school to WCTC to four-year colleges. Transcripted credit agreements provide high school students the opportunity to take WCTC courses at their high schools. Agreements with four-year colleges enable WCTC graduates in selected programs to transfer credits, often at junior-level standing. Agreements currently in place for this program are listed below.
