HCCW/Phillip Arreola Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria: Returning student is defined as a Wisconsin resident who is currently accepted as a full-time student in an accredited Wisconsin University or College and has experienced a minimum of 1-year lapse in their undergraduate education. The awardee receives $1,000 in financial support for the 2009-2010 academic year. Scholarship award, applied to tuition only, is determined by the HCCW Education Fund/Philip Arreola Scholarship Committee after in-depth review of all applications received. Must be a legal resident or US citizen, must have a high school diploma or GED or accepted as a full-time student in an undergraduate program, must demonstrate financial need Must demonstrate life experiences and/or community activities, participation in school and/or community activities.

Indian Health Services Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria: The Health Professions Scholarship Program is for American Indian and Alaska Native (federally recognized only) students enrolled in health professions and allied health professions programs. Students incur service obligations and payback requirements on acceptance of funding from this program.
