All WCTC Students, Instructors and Staff members should have a WCTC myCard.
Your first card is free. Replacement cards are $10 each.
The Service Desk located inside the Library in room C220. The hours of operation when students are present are Monday - Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
At this time students are not required to have a myCard but the benefits of having a myCard are many such as:
If your myCard was printed prior to fall 2015 please stop by the Service Desk and get a new one at no charge.
If you lose your card, immediately go to the Service Desk or call 262.691.5555 to have the staff assist you with replacement of your myCard. A $10.00 replacement fee may be charged.
You are responsible for the use of your WCTC myCard. Don't lend your card to others. Unauthorized use or use by a party other than the person identified on the WCTC myCard is tampering or alteration. Please report any misuse to the Service Desk office.
To ensure the durability of your card, please refrain from washing the card or bending/damaging the card. If your card gets damaged, bring it to the Service Desk to get a new card. A $10.00 replacement fee will be charged for cards that show extensive abuse.
