Bruce Kestelman likes to think about what he does and who he is as an architect of great work places and customer experiences. He’s learned that he’s most passionate about his work when it is focused at the intersections of strategy, culture, leadership, employee engagement, inclusion, customer experience, and learning. His impact is in helping organizations to align culture with strategy and in working collaboratively with organizational leaders to build healthy and effective companies.
Trained as an educational psychologist with a focus on learning and teacher effectiveness, he’s developed an interest and expertise in organization development, employee and leadership development, and talent management. He has completed the coursework for the Ph.D. degree in educational psychology, and has been awarded a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
