An instructor in the Center for Business Performance Solutions at Waukesha County Technical College, Britt Hall began a faculty position at the college in 1986 after more than 20 years of training and management experience with such organizations as the Carnation Company and The Chicago Milwaukee Corporation with responsibilities in operations, training, and workforce development.
Mr. Hall is part of a team of faculty who lead local and national business, industrial companies, and community groups through organizational transformation in applying the philosophical tenets of the quality movement of Dr. W. Edwards Deming. Mr. Hall provides hands-on technical skills that empower individuals and teams to improve their products and services to their customers.
He has been featured in both the Total Quality by Satellite (TQS) video, "Making Things Happen, Getting Things Done-Leading for Teams," and the American Truck Dealers Association (ATDA) video, "Creating an Empowered Workforce."
Mr. Hall's clients have included the US Military Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, State of Ohio Office of Quality, Wisconsin Department of Health and Human Services, Magnetek Industries, Johnson Controls, GE Medical, Modine Manufacturing, Peterbilt of Wisconsin, and Rockwell International.
