Math for Industry

Course Description

Review and develop fundamental concepts of mathematics related to arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and statistics. Develop problem-solving, critical thinking and logical reasoning skills. Topics include simplifying algebraic expressions, applications of linear equations and inequalities in one variable, graphing linear equations and inequalities in two variables, computing the area and volume of geometric figures, applications of right and oblique triangles, and analyzing statistical data.
