Course Description

Learn to assign ICD and CPT/HCPCS (Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System) codes supported by medical documentation with an intermediate level of proficiency. Prepare appropriate physician queries in accordance with compliance guidelines, and learn to assign codes to optimize appropriate reimbursement.
