Course Description

Evaluate compliance with documentation requirements, comparing standards from various accreditors. Perform record completion processes, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, while monitoring compliance with documentation standards. Learn to utilize secondary data sources, manage the master patient index, and apply retention and destruction policies for electronic health information. Build essential skills for effective data management in healthcare.
