Develop Leadership Credibility
Course Description
Leadership is a relationship between leaders and their followers. This course describes what followers expect from leaders and how to reframe the concept of leadership, based on needs and wants of employees. It explores the concepts of servant leader, constituent and source credibility. It demonstrates how leader and individual accountability not only improves the quality of leadership, but also the quality of all working relationships. Experiential learning methods help participants examine personal and organizational values, and define organizational issues in strengthening leadership credibility.
